How to use the YAY Moments Manager
The video above outlines the simple process to Create a YAY Moments Account to send gift cards, followed by the process to easily accept and use a YAY gift card. You can learn how to send, receive and use YAY Virtual Gift Cards by reading the simple steps below!
Step 1
Go to manager.yaymoments.com to access the YAY Manager Platform
Click “Create an account” at the bottom of the screen
Step 2
Enter your business email, create a password, and accept the terms and conditions.
Next, fill out some basic information for your profile.
Step 3
Go to your business email account, and click “confirm email” to verify your email address
Step 4
Return to manager.yaymoments.com and login to your new account
Once logged in, click the “Buy Gift Card” button on the front homepage
Step 5
Select the “gift wrap” for your gift cards, and choose to add a personal note, a gif, or a video greeting for your recipient to view.
Step 6
Next, add your recipients for the individual gift cards. Recipients can be added manually (one at a time) or you can “Bulk Add” by uploading a CSV file with a list of names and mobile phone numbers to save time.
Step 7
Now it is time to purchase the gift cards. First, give the order a “name” (ex. Christmas Gift 2023). Then, you must choose to have the gift cards invoiced to you, which will generate a PDF invoice that can be sent to the person who pays your invoices or choose to pay with a credit card to complete the transaction instantly.
Step 8
Finally, once the order is complete, you will be taken to the order overview dashboard. This view will show you key details about the order you just created, and allow you to check in on the status of the distribution of the virtual gift cards.
